In order to better understand the challenges that college- athletes face and possible methods to support their general well being, we will dive into the different aspects of mental health among them. Student athletes’ mental health is affected negatively in multiple ways by stress, anxiety, and depression. Our podcast will explore the causes of mental health issues in college- athletes, look at how it affects their performance, and suggest ways to strengthen their support and mental resilience.
