IL101 students in SAU Librarian Stella Herzig's class worked in teams, choose a topic of interest to them and that they felt would be of interest to a university community and created a podcast episode highlighting and discussing the research

As college athletes, we have all discussed how difficult it is to maintain a healthy diet.  The café on college campuses offers various food choices; however, most of those options aren't always the best in obtaining the nutrients and energy required for optimum performance in athletics.
