For Faculty: Submitting Dissertations & Theses

Preamble

The library is committed to publishing and retaining dissertations/theses from St. Ambrose University's Doctoral and Masters programs.

The library keeps 2 physical copies of each dissertation/thesis and we also publish these dissertations/theses in the following database:

Submission

Students are responsible for submitting their completed dissertation/thesis to the library.  Dissertations/theses may be submitted once they have been defended, revised (if necessary), properly formatted, and approved for publication by the student's advisor.

Students will submit their dissertation/thesis for publication using this link.  The student will need to create an account to submit.

Required Costs

Students are required to purchase 2 hardcover, 8 ½ X 11 copies of their dissertation/thesis for the library.  Students are also obliged to pay a $75 copyright registration fee to digitally publish the dissertation/thesis.

Students may pay the copyright registration fee and order physical copies of their dissertation/thesis here.

The prices for hardcover, 8 ½ X 11 copies are...

  • 1-2 copies = $62 each
  • 3-4 copies = $56 each
  • 5+ copies = $50 each
