An important part of being involved in QI, EBP and research is telling others about your work. Dissemination can be as simple as sharing about your project at a staff meeting or unit board. You could also present your work locally, nationally or even internationally!

Common forms of dissemination include the 3 P's: Publication, Podium presentation, Poster presentation. Included here are a variety of resources to guide dissemination efforts. 

Impact of Professional Attire:
Nurses demonstrate professionalism, in part, by dressing and presenting themselves professionally. Dressing professionally creates a sense of confidence and can command respect. A key to professional attire is to dress slightly more formal than the audience will be dressing such as wearing neat and clean scrubs or neat and clean dress pants/skirt & shirt.
